Breakfast Blast Smoothie Recipe

(serves 2)

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tablespoons oats
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 glass of milk

  • Method

    Firstly peel the apple and peach and cut both into several pieces. Place them into the blender, followed by the oats, milk, honey and mint leaves. Blend on full power for around 40 seconds or until desired consistency.
