Apricot and Banana Smoothie Recipe
(serves 1-2)
Ingredients
2 fresh ripe bananas
7-8 dried apricots
150ml low fat yogurt
Method
To make this simple fruit smoothie recipe just add the bananas, dried apricots and yoghurt into your blender, then blend for approx 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour the smoothie mixture into a glass. Sit back and enjoy!
