Banana and Cinnamon Smoothie
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 organic banana
1 cup of low fat milk
1 ice-cube
pinch of ground cinnamon
Method
Chop up the banana and put it in the blender. Add the milk and blend until smooth and frothy. Add the ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon, serve.
