Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
1 large banana, chopped into 4
1 1/2 medium size cups of soya milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
pinch of cinnamon
Method
Place all ingredients into the blender, blend until thick and smooth. Serve and enjoy.
