If you have any fresh strawberries left over, don’t let them just sit there and rot - try freezing them!

Frozen strawberries can provide a healthy snack, you can put them in smoothie recipes or even in a nice glass of champagne to keep it chilled - delicious!

The quickest method of freezing strawberries is to wash and hull the strawberries. Place them on a small baking / cookie sheet and line it with waxed paper or kitchen roll, place the strawberries on the tray (make sure they don’t touch each other), place the tray in your freezer and once the strawberries are frozen, remove from the tray and place in a sealed freezer bag to store. Simple and easy.
