Blueberry and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
2 cups of chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1 cup of chilled pineapple or orange juice
8ounce carton of low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon of sugar or similar
Method
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend for between 1-2 minutes until nearly smooth.
