Bright Morning Smoothie Recipe
(serves 3-42)
Ingredients
1/2 melon (chopped into cubes)
14 raspberries
1 cupful (approx) apple juice for the base liquid
squeeze of fresh lemon
pinch of salt (optional)
Method
Combine the chopped melon, raspberries, apple juice, squeeze of lemon in the smoothie maker and blast on full power for around 30-40 seconds, add the salt at the end. Serve chilled. If this is for children then leave out the salt.
