Cherry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of low-fat milk
2 cups of unsweetened frozen cherries
2 cups of frozen raspberries
2 cups of frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 cups of ice
Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
