2 oranges (peeled and sliced)
1 mango (peeled and sliced)
2 bananas (peeled and sliced)
1/4 small cup of low-calorie sugar

Method
Place bananas, oranges and mangos in the blender, blend them
until soft. Put sugar in a pan over a medium heat until dissolved, the when
dissolved add to blender. Mix in lemon juice and then enjoy.
