Ingredients
1 good tablespoon of chocolate syrup
1 banana
6 fl oz low fat milk or soy milk
1 tbsp wheat germ (if desired)
Method
This chocolate peanut butter smoothie recipe is really easy to make. Firstly break the banana up into a few rough pieces then place in the blender. Next add the milk, chocolate syrup and the wheat germ. Blend on full power / high until the smoothie consistancy is reached, serve in a tall glass, drink up and enjoy.
