1 large banana
1 tamarillo
1 medium sized mandarin
1 kiwi
1/2 medium sized cup of plain/natural yoghurt
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/4 medium sized cup of milk and water
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
Fruit Thickshake Smoothie Recipe
(serves 3-4)

Method
Cut tamarillo in half, spoon it out and put it in
the blender. Slice banana and put in the blender. Peel mandarin and put in the blender.
Peel and cut the kiwifruit, then put in the blender. Next place the yoghurt, milk and water in the blender and add sugar if you prefer. Blend for about ten seconds or when it looks thoroughly mixed.
Serve!
