Method
To make this free smoothie recipe just peel and slice the bananas, cut the tops of strawberries and cut in half. Peel and decore the pear and peel and slice the kiwi. Put all fruit including the fresh blackcurrant juice into a blender then blend for approximately 30 seconds until smooth and thick. Serve and enjoy.
