Ingredients
1 x any fruit of your choice
2 tbsp mix seeds
1 tbsp oat bran
1 tbsp lecithin powder
175ml low-fat yogurt
1 ice cube
Method
To make this free smoothie recipe just blend all ingredients together in smoothie maker for approx 40-50 seconds. Very good to lower cholesterol.
