Healthy Morning Burst Smoothie
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 chopped banana
1 medium sized cup of any berry (strawberry/raspberry etc)
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 small cup of any yoghurt (natural is good)
6 ice-cubes
Method
This healthy drink is easy to make. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
