This free smoothie recipe is quick and easy to make. Drop the ice cubes into the blender, then place one sliced kiwi in. Next slice the strawberries in half (tops off), cut the banana in half, and squeeze half
a lime into the blender. Finally, top up with concentrated apple juice and blend for 40 seconds approx....enjoy! .
