low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup of non-fat buttermilk
2 pieces of crystallized ginger (approx. 1 ounce)
2 ripe mango’s, peeled and chopped into small pieces
½ cup of crushed ice

Ingredients
Method
In
the blender purée the fruit and ginger, scraping down the sides
as necessary. Add the buttermilk, yogurt and ice and purée
until smooth and frothy. Add crushed ice. Serve.
