Morning Burst Smoothie
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 orange
1 banana
1 apple (peeled and cored)
2-3 tbsp's orange juice concentrate
Ice cubes and water for texture
Method
To make this tasty free smoothie recipe, cut all fruit into small chunks, place in blender. Next add water and orange juice concentrate, then blend for approx 20-30 seconds adding ice for texture as desired.
