This quick free fruit smoothie recipe is simple to make. Firstly cut the mangos up into small pieces then add to blender. Next add the apple juice, blueberries and strawberries. Blend until smooth. For a more creamier and colder version, try adding a little bit of vanilla ice-cream to the mix. Delicious!
