Raspberry and Orange Tang Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
10 Raspberries
Juice squeezed from 5 oranges
50 ml's still water
50 ml's cranberry juice
Method
Place raspberry in the blender first, then add the freshly squeezed orange juice. Blend for 10-15 seconds. Add cranberry juice and water. Mix on high for 8 more seconds. Then voila!
Tip: This free smoothie recipe has more of a juice consistency than being a thick smoothie consistency, so if you prefer it to be thicker just add less or no water.
