Raspberry Lift Smoothie Recipe
(serves 1)
Ingredients
5oz (150gms) raspberries
3 1/2 fl oz (100ml) skimmed or soya milk
1oz (25gms) chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil
Method
Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve. A delicious smoothie which gives you a lift.
