Raspberry Protein Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/3 cup low sugar granola cereal
1 tbsp fat-free vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cup orange juice (for more tang) or
1/2 cup skimmed milk (for more sweeter)
2 tbsp vanilla or chocolate whey powder (optional)
Method
Firstly blend ice, orange juice or milk and yogurt together. Next add whey powder (optional) and granola, blend again. Then add raspberries and pulse several times to make sure it is mixed well. Enjoy!
