Ingredients
1 cup canned apricot halves in a light syrup
1 cup low fat natural yogurt
2 tablespoons low calorie sugar
4 ice cubes
Method
To make this simple apricot smoothie recipe simply blend the apricot halves, yogurt, ice cubes and sugar in the blender for around 30 - 40 seconds until nice and frothy. Serve at once and enjoy.
