1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1 banana, roughly chopped
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup crushed ice(optional)

Method
To make this nutritious smoothie recipe add the strawberries, banana and mango to the blender. Next add the skimmed milk and crushed ice (if using). Blend on high / full power until all fruit is well mixed and to a consistency of your liking.
