1 apple, peeled, cored & chopped into small pieces
100g apricot halves (from a can) chopped
Syrup from can of apricot halves
200g natural yoghurt
Squeeze of lime juice
3 ice-cubes
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Small pinch of sugar
2 tbsp honey

Method
Place all ingredients in the blender, then blend for approximately 25 seconds
or until smooth. Serve.
