1 large banana
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla ice-cream
couple of ice cubes (optional)
Banana Blackberry Smoothie Recipe

Method
Roughly break up the banana into piece and pop into the blender. Next add the fresh or frozen blackberries, ice cubes (if using) and then finally the low-fat vanilla ice cream. Blend on high setting fro around 20 seconds or until the smoothie is nice and creamy. Serve at once and enjoy.
