Breakfast Fruit Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
2 peaches
2 bananas chopped
8oz can of crushed/chopped pineapple
1/3 cup of chopped mango
1 cup of low fat milk
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender, then blitz till smooth. Serve and enjoy.
