Simple Berry Smoothie Recipe
(serves 1)
Ingredients
175ml/6fl oz apple juice
120ml/4fl oz natural yoghurt
1 banana, roughly chopped
170g/6oz blueberries (defrosted if frozen)
Method
Place the blueberries, apples, yogurt and banana into your blender. Mix on high power for around 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and drink up.
