Simple Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
(serves 3)
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups orange juice
1 banana, roughly chopped
1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries or strawberries
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt

light sprinkle of low fat sugar (if desired)

Method
Start your day with this quick and easy breakfast smoothie. Just place the banana, frozen raspberries or strawberries, low fat yogurt and orange juice into your blender (add a light sprinkle of low fat sugar if you wish). Whizz away on high for around 30 seconds or until your desired consistency. Pour into 3 glasses and drink up and enjoy!
