Strawberry Dreamer Smoothie Recipe
(serves 2)
Ingredients
10 large fresh strawberries
250ml strawberry yoghurt
1 banana, chopped
splash of orange juice
Method
To make this nutritious smoothie recipe firstly chop fruit then add to blender, followed by the strawberry yogurt and orange juice. Blend for about 45-60 seconds and chill in fridge for around an hour.
