200g frozen summer fruits
400g tin of strawberries in natural juice (or fresh strawberries if you prefer)
1 banana, chopped
1 pint of skimmed milk

Method
To make this simple smoothie add fruit to the blender first, then followed by the milk. Blend for approx 30 seconds, check consistency, then blend again for 20-30 seconds. Serve chilled. Delightful.
