Summer Rumba Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
2 shots of rum
2 bananas (chopped)
1 mango (stoned and chopped into chunks)
250mls unsweetened coconut milk
250mls milk
2 tbspns lime juice
3 ice cubes
Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix for approximately 45 seconds. Serve in two glasses, relax and enjoy it!
