Ingredients
1 good handful of dried apricots
1 good handful of raspberries
1 banana
3 tbsp's natural yoghurt
Method
To make this simply smoothie just place all ingredients into your blend and whiz away for around 30 seconds. If you prefer your smoothie less thick, just add additional yoghurt.
